After a Premier League clean sweep last week, Adrian Clarke and Mark O’Haire return to do it all again this weekend. Aidan O’Sullivan summarises their Best Bets.
It was a case of taking on the most efficient betting market in the world and winning last week so no pressure on the guys this weekend!
As always, we covered the four of the biggest Premier League games, with a supposedly Big Six clash up first.
In our Champions League podcast, both Mark and Jonathan Wilson went with Man City & Under 3.5 goals. Unbelievably, this was over at half-time, just showing how dangerous and dominant this Manchester City side here.
However, Mark is going to the well again here, with Adrian in full agreement:

We have often been critical of Manchester United on this podcast, particularly under previous manager Ole Gunnar Solsjkaer. Performances haven’t got much better under Ralph Rangnick, albeit results have been generally decent.

Southampton have been one of the standout teams in recent weeks, with Mark and Adrian both impressed with manager Ralph Hassenhuttl.
While Adrian had a small lean towards the Saints, he was in agreement about Mark’s BTTS angle.
