15:05 Longchamp Sunday – Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe

A team steam only in name here as Tom, Adele and Charlie are only fair about the chances of Alpinista, but do think he’s the most likely winner. ON the other hand, Steve is bullish on the chances of Onesto, saying he’s overpriced at 13.0.

The opening race covered on the podcast was the feature at Newmarket, with three shouts for Saffron Beach at the top of the market. Tom couldn’t separate the top two in the betting so “chickened out” and went for Lights On at a price.

Mark of 89 is more than fair for Crystal Estrella, who Tom is chancing. Good American win and place for Charlie, Adele sits this one out while Steve is favouring Al Husn.

Flaming Rib win and place for Adele at 9.0 while Tom is going for the slightly bigger-priced Vadream (17.0).
